The International Conference on Nuclear Decommissioning (ICOND) will now take place every two years.
This often raises the same questions from employees, visitors, and exhibitors.
We have created this FAQ to answer these questions more quickly.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Please bring your print-at-home ticket badge printed in color in A4 format.
If your own email address is stored with the ticket, you can download, save, and print your badge yourself.
Alternatively, the person who ordered the ticket can download the badge and provide it to you.
ICOND 2026 will be held exclusively as an in-person event.
This year, we are expecting more than 500 participants.
This year, around 37 speakers will share their experiences and projects with you. You can find the current agenda under the "Program" tab.
This year, around 60 companies are presenting themselves at the exhibition. You can find all exhibitors under the “Exhibitors” tab.

You can also attend ICOND without registering in advance. Registration takes place at our registration desk on site. Please note that in this case, the conference fee can only be paid by credit card.
Depending on the conference program and valid ticket:
- Access to simultaneously translated presentations
- Access to the exhibition
- Business speed networking
- Get-together
- Conference dinner
- Full catering concept (all drinks, snacks, and lunch included)
When registering on the ticket platform, you can choose between bank transfer (invoice) and credit card payment. In both cases, an invoice will be issued for your accounting purposes.
Please note that bank transfers must be received by May 3, 2026. Otherwise, you can pay by credit card on site.
Unfortunately, cash payments are not possible.
You will receive a registration confirmation after payment has been received, immediately in the case of credit card payments.
Special conditions are automatically displayed for 6 or more participants (all with the same billing address). If you have any further requests, please contact the ICOND Team at +49 2402-102 15 00 or via registration@icond.de.
Yes, and you can specify the names and company names for each participant individually—provided that they have the same billing address.
Name changes can also be made retrospectively by the customer until shortly before the event. You can access your account at any time using the link in the order confirmation and also download the inovice (print-at-home badge tickets printed in color in A4 format).
You can register a maximum of 2 people (Europafoyer exhibitors) as booth staff (NO access to the specialist presentations!).
Registration takes place in the ticket shop. Exhibitors will receive a corresponding ticket code from the organizer for booking.
If company representatives of the exhibitors would also like to attend the specialist presentations, please register as normal.
